Shipping policy
At Arktel, Inc., we try out best to have products shipped same day as ordered whenever possible and may ship as late as 6PM CST, depending on product warehouse location and availability. Exceptions or delays may include components that require preconfiguration and/or programming, items that are out of stock, larger orders, or where the freight carrier's shipping deadline has passed.
FREE SHIPPING is only available to destinations in the continental US. Non-domestic shipments (shipments to Canada, Mexico, or South America) may qualify for FREE SHIPPING when you provide your Customs Broker Information for the product shipment and you pay all duties and taxes. For free shipping in the Continental US, we reserve the right to select either FedEx Ground (typical), UPS Ground, or USPS Priority, or USPS First Class as the shipment method. Small quantity orders with small components with Free Shipping will generally ship USPS First Class based on shipment insured value. Generally we choose a ship method based on shortest transit time so you will receive your order faster, although in some cases, the method provided may be due to drop ship from manufacturer or multiple distribution centers. Large orders may ship palletized via LTL truck line and may require additional handling at your loading dock or office entry.
We reserve the right to select an alternate freight carrier from the one offered at time of purchase should such a change be required. We ship digital products via email (when available), through direct download from our internet site, or via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other carrier at our discretion if required.
