The Algo 8420 PoE++ IP Dual-Sided Visual Display Speaker is a dual-sided, SIP-compliant notification device that comprises three core components and features 15.6″ LCD screens, high-intelligibility speakers, and high-visibility LED flashers to create a highly flexible and effective visual and audible communication display.
Mounting bracket can be moved for wall or ceiling mount applications (see images).
NOTE: Requires PoE++ 802.bt Type 3 & 4 - Will Not Work with PoE/PoE+
The combined functionality of the LCD display screens, speakers, and flashing LEDs enable voice paging, visual or audible alerting, and informational visual content, such as scrolling text messages, visual paging, or graphic images to be conveyed in opposite directions.

The installer should be familiar with configuration and programming of Voice over IP devices via web-based graphical user interface or provisioning. Requires Power over Ethernet 802.bt PoE++. If PoE++ is not available, the 8420 will not operate. A basic understanding of computer networking and Voice over IP experience is required.
